We get it, you don’t want to stop classes and you aren’t too fussed on switching programs / gyms / going to more open gym.

But you are super struggling to hit that first muscle up or even your first TTB.

Thats why we’ve created a catalog of fixed length programs, designed to go alongside your routine.

2-3 sessions per week, maximum 20-30 minutes per session - a great add on to your training day to work towards those specific skills.
