  • Sam Perry

    Having spent countless hours coaching and experiencing sport and S&C at the highest level through rugby, my approach to coaching incorporates the knowledge and expertise I have accumulated over the past 10+ years.

    Having studied S&C and rehabilitation in University, combined with numerous additional courses & mentorships from the worlds leading specialists, means you will not only have access to my knowledge on how to improve your CF performance, but access to biomechanics, injury rehab + movement quality also.

    Similar to Sam, I’ve also spent some of my most formative years in semi-professional rugby set ups which allowed me to explore my passion training, learning, programming and optimizing everything for performance, where eventually that became a priority. 



    Now, while competing in CF myself, I most enjoy helping people who are really looking to move up in the levels of CF & functional fitness, making meaningful progress on the bits that make all the difference. Movements that constantly allude you, or complete support and tailoring things towards specific comps, we leave no stone unturned in our approach.
