Having competed and coached at the highest level through rugby, his background in Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation brings a deep understanding of performance, biomechanics, injury rehab, and movement quality.
Beyond formal education, Sam has learned from some of the world’s leading specialists through mentorships and advanced courses, ensuring that every athlete gets access to the best, most up-to-date training methods.

Aaron Forrest
With a background in semi-professional rugby, Aaron’s journey into coaching was built on years of training, learning, and optimising performance. His passion for programming and athlete development grew from a desire to refine every detail for maximum results—eventually making it his full focus.
Now, as a competitive CrossFit athlete, Aaron is dedicated to helping others level up their performance in CF and functional fitness. Whether it’s breaking through skill barriers, refining technique, or tailoring programming for specific competitions, his approach leaves no stone unturned.
